What you use depends on how often in a 30 day period you use on average, going back for the last 90 days.
1 day detox = 1 to 3 days of use (extremely light user)
3 day detox = 7 to 9 days of use (light to moderate user)
5 day detox = 15 to 19 days of use (heavy user)
10 day detox = use every day (extreme user)
This gives you a guideline to figure out which one is correct for you. Even if you only use 1 or 2 puffs each to day to help you sleep, that still puts you in the "extreme" category, as daily use never allows your body to detox.
Please be aware, if you've been a long term "extreme" daily user, that it may take between 10 and 20 days of detoxing to get fully clean. Try the 10 day for now, and if you don't test clean the day after you complete your 10 day detox (that's when you test yourself), then let us know and we'll give you a discount on another detox kit to complete the process. On very rare occasions it has take longer than 20 days. This could mean that the detox directions are not being followed correctly, that the person's body doesn't detox well, or that the beginning toxin levels were so high it's just taking extra time to remove all of the existing toxins.
We are happy to work with you so that you pass your lab test. The sooner you start your detox, the better, because if extra time is required, you want the time available to do so.
If you are having to test for something government related, or regulated, court proceedings or a government job, then detoxing is the only legal route to passing your test. If you have more questions, please look in our knowledge base, or contact Live Chat Support for further assistance.
