UPS Power of Attorney for Canada Shipments

Due to a rule change (UPS use to be automatically assigned as your forwarding agent) the Canadian government requires all importers (the receiver) to declare their own forwarding agent. The shipper (us) can not do this for you.  Failure to declare your forwarding agent will cause your package to be delayed.   The Power of Attorney is a document that the the forwarding agent provides customs so that your package can enter into the country.  We apologize for the inconvenience, but we have no control over this.

Call UPS and them them you want them to be your forwarding agent or broker. (it will not cost you anything)   And they will take care of that for you.
