If you feel like UPS did not deliver on the day and time UPS promised we can certainly apply for a service refund for you. Please note that UPS has strict criteria in giving shipping refunds. For example Weekends are not counted as a day in transit (unless you picked Saturday Shipping), nor does UPS consider acts of god such as weather delays as valid reasons for shipping refunds. If UPS does determine that they made an error in delivery your package we will refund you the difference between the amount paid and the service product. For example if you picked UPS Next Day Air and the package was a business day late then we will give you the difference between the Next Day Air and 2 Day Air Price.
