UPS says my package is delivered, but I don't have it.

In event that UPS has delivered your package and you are unable to find it please contact UPS at 1-800-PICK-UPS.  During the automated announcement hit zeros many times and you will get a live operator.   From there give them your tracking number and try to assist you.  When a driver drops off the package there is GPS information that is written to the delivery record at the location where they dropped it off at. If they delivered at the wrong residence then they should be able to figure it out pretty quickly. If you need further assistance please contact us.
